Biography
Joe Frasca is the Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Shopify and has been with the company since May 2014. Prior to his appointment at Shopify, he was Senior Corporate Counsel at EMC Corporation between 2008 and 2014. Joe also worked as an Associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP from 2004 to 2008. Joe holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a Masters of Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University and a B.S. in Russian Language and Linguistics from Georgetown University.
