Biography
Paul Delgado Olguín is a Scientist in the Translational Medicine program at The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) in Toronto. He is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Molecular Genetics, University of Toronto. Paul obtained his PhD from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (National Autonomous University of Mexico). His PhD research focused on myogenic transcriptional regulation. As a postdoctoral fellow in the Gladstone Institute of Cardiovascular Disease at UCSF, Paul’s research focused on uncovering epigenetic mechanisms controlling cardiovascular development and maintenance.
