Élaine C. Phénix

Biography

 Élaine Cousineau Phénix holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Collège Jean-de-Brébeuf, is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute, and is a Certified Corporate Director with an ASC degree from the Collège des administrateurs des sociétés.  She has over 25 years of experience in Canadian capital markets, especially as Senior Vice-President, Syndication, at Lévesque, Beaubien, Geoffrion Inc. (now National Bank Financial Inc.) and as Senior Vice-President, Capital Development at the Montreal Exchange. Since 1999, she is consultant in assets management and President of Phénix Capital Inc.  Mrs Phénix is currently member of four boards of directors and serves on several audit and governance committees.
