Biography
David Baumgartner is the Vice President of Spirituality and Sacred Six at Signature HealthCARE. He began working in the long-term care industry in 1995 and has been working with Joe Steier since 1999. He has worn many hats while part of the revolution, including various roles in the Human Resources, Benefits, and Risk Management departments. He is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in five states, which he says is one of the most humbling and rewarding experiences you can do in the healthcare profession. Aside from work, Dave enjoys grilling out, spending time with his family, and listening to the Dave Matthews Band and Hootie and the Blowfish. He has been happily married to his wife for 33 years, and they have four children together. He also is a proud grandfather to 3 grandchildren. When asked what he enjoys most, he said he likes helping people realize they control their world and destinies.
