Biography
Dr. Paul Craig is Independent Director of the company. He has served as the Treasurer of the American Psychological Association from 2008 through 2010, overseeing a $115 million annual operating budget and a portfolio containing approximately $72 million in equities. Dr. Craig has owned and managed a healthcare practice with two locations, 30 employees, and an annual budget of $4 million and has served as a Trustee for the American Psychological Association Insurance Trust that managed assets in excess of $100 million. He is also a Certified clinical Neuropsychologist practicing in Anchorage Alaska since 1985. President of Trading Bay Energy Corporation since 1993.
