Casper Bych

Biography

 Casper Bych, Director Casper has more than 20 years of business experience in the legal and financial industry and in management. Casper heads Mountainview Capital, a Vancouver-based corporate finance boutique.  Mountainview Capital raises funds for public companies, private cash flow companies and private companies in the process of going public.  It has acted for companies in the mining, energy (renewable and conventional) and medical device sector in North and South America.  Mountainview Capital also acts as financial advisors and capital raising agents in connection with the closing of project financings.  Mountainview Capital is in the process of closing the project financing together with BTG Pactual S.A. for the first LNG plant in Colombia. Casper also provides financial advisory services and acts as management consultant for companies in the process of going public or undergoing M&A transactions. Prior to founding Mountainview Capital, Casper was a securities lawyer in Vancouver at Davis LLP and Lang Michener LLP.  His practice was primarily focused on the resource and technology sector, where he took companies public and acted for publicly traded companies. Casper has law degrees from University of Copenhagen (Cand Jur) and McGill University (LL.B. and B.C.L. with Distinction).
