Biography
Dean co-founded Force Pile Driving in 2008 with his partner, Dallas Lenius, and joined SITE when Force Pile Driving partnered with the SITE group of Companies in 2013. Dean joined the industrial construction industry as a Journeyman Welder when he was 19, and has since gained experience operating in and managing a broad range of service applications and heavy equipment. Dean is passionate about continuously improving the way heavy equipment is used in industrial construction and continues to create and promote new equipment designs and technologies which increase efficiency and quality of execution.
