Biography
As the Senior Vice President of Strategy, Planning & Customer Operations, Mr. Caprara is responsible for leading functions that increase the productivity of Softchoice’s sales organization across all channels and create a world-class customer experience. These include strategic and financial planning, analytics and reporting, business transformation initiatives, and programs that enhance Softchoice’s customer-first approach. Prior to joining Softchoice, Mr. Caprara served in senior roles at management consulting firm McKinsey & Company, and as a Sales Territory Manager at Stryker (a Fortune 500 medical device company). His experience combines a background in sales with experience in business transformation consulting that prepared him to bring a skillset for planning and executing strategic sales initiatives to Softchoice. Mr. Caprara graduated from McMaster University in Hamilton, Ont. before completing his MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
