Francis Li

Biography

As the Vice President of Information Technology, Mr. Li manages the internal IT strategy for Softchoice while supporting all traditional IT functions including infrastructure, enterprise systems development, eCommerce, Business Intelligence and CRM. Mr. Li joined Softchoice in 2002 and progressed through various senior roles including Director of Marketing & Business Development, Director of Telesales and Director of Information Technology. In his current appointment, Mr. Li has led the cultural transformation of Softchoice’s IT Organization to become more customer-centric and business focused. Mr. Li’s initiatives include spearheading an internal customer satisfaction index as well as reorganizing the IT Department under more business oriented Centers of Excellence. Mr. Li has an Honors degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
