Biography
A seasoned human resources executive with over 25 years of experience, Ms. Breedon brings a solid understanding of elevating organizational performance to her role of Senior Vice President of People and Growth. Ms. Breedon is responsible for talent management, recruitment and retention, organizational development and design, employee engagement, performance initiatives and compensation programs. Prior to joining Softchoice, Ms. Breedon served as Vice President of Human Resources at Ricoh Canada. She has also held similar positions at Dell Canada, Coca-Cola Ltd., and Marsulex Inc. Ms. Breedon holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Toronto, and a Masters of Industrial Relations from Queen's University.
