Biography
As Senior Vice-President of Sales, Mr. Hendrick leads Softchoice’s sales organization of 600+ individuals across North America. He is responsible for the overall strategy, execution and mentorship of sales reps across Softchoice’s Outbound Sales, Telesales and Territory Sales channels, ensuring their success and the consistent delivery of outstanding customer service. Mr. Hendrick started his career serving four years in the US Marine Corps. He has more than 20 years of sales leadership experience, the majority of which were with ADP, where he served in increasingly senior sales roles and drove record market share gains and revenue growth. Directly before joining Softchoice, he built a sales leadership, coaching, and Challenger selling consultancy, working with top firms across North America like Amex, UPS and US Bank. His experiences in leadership and coaching have been chronicled in the Harvard Business Review. Mr. Hendrick resides in Alpharetta, GA with his wife Lisa, and works out of Softchoice’s Atlanta office.
