Biography
As Vice President of Operations, Ms. Odoardi is responsible for Softchoice’s day-to-day operations functions and strategy which includes managing the Company’s Facilities, Distribution, Purchasing and Six Sigma departments. In her role, Ms. Odoardi is accountable for driving continuous improvements to Softchoice’s world-class supply chain and management systems. After starting her career at Softchoice in the Company’s finance department in 1995, Ms. Odoardi progressed through a variety of increasingly senior assignments, including Director of Financial Administration, Director of Operations and most recently, Vice President of People. Ms. Odoardi has a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Toronto.
