Biography
As Vice President of Marketing & Sales Excellence, Mr. Kong is responsible for evolving Softchoice’s marketing and sales training strategies, creating clarity around Softchoice’s offerings, and showcasing Softchoice’s value in every customer touchpoint from marketing activities and events to in-person sales engagements. His focus is on developing world class marketing and lead generation capabilities, coupled with leading sales training and development programs, which together nurture the deepest customer relationships in the industry. Mr. Kong brings extensive experience to Softchoice, including sales and senior leadership roles at Xerox, Inscape, and GoToMarket Agility, a consulting company he founded focused on sales and marketing execution. Over the years, his experience has ranged from overseeing marketing strategy, product development, services and solutions development, consulting, and leading various lines of business. Mr. Kong’s collaborative and supportive leadership also manifests itself in his volunteer work with the Canadian Basketball Academy, for which he fundraises, coaches and mentors underprivileged youth.
