Biography
As the Vice President of Managed Services, Mr. Simpson oversees the go-to-market strategy for Softchoice's world class Keystone Managed Services portfolio, as well as the day-to-day operations of the Keystone service delivery team and the Assessment Services team. Mr. Simpson joined Softchoice through its acquisition of UNIS LUMIN Inc. where he served in a variety of senior level roles, including Vice President of Operations and Director of the Project Management Office. In his current role, Mr. Simpson is responsible for leading an IT services portfolio comprised of customer support operations and IT service management professionals delivering remote monitoring and management services to over 700 customers around the world. Mr. Simpson holds an Honors Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, and is PMP-certified and ITIL-certified.
