Biography
Mr. Heng is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty years of industry experience in public accounting. He received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in 1973. From 1973 to 1978, Heng worked in the public accounting industry and thereafter in the real estate development industry. Since 1990, he has applied his skills as a consultant in the field of accounting, tax and financing to small and medium size companies in various industries from manufacturing, retail, construction and junior mining companies.
