Biography
Salil Munjal is the Chairman of the Board of the Company. He is both an experienced technology investor and operator, having served as a partner at Penfold Capital, a merchant bank and earlier served as Chief Operating Officer of Leitch Technology, a technology company that was acquired by Harris Corporation (NYSE) for $560 million. Salil is an experienced board member having served on a variety of public company boards, providing board leadership to companies undergoing significant growth and change. Salil began his career as a corporate lawyer at Torys LLP (New York and Toronto) where he focused on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance. Salil obtained a B.Sc (Chem.) from the University of Toronto and a law degree from Queen’s University. He is a past recipient of the Canadian Society for Chemistry Silver Medal and Chemical Institute of Canada National Award and is a member of the bars of New York and Ontario.
