Biography
With over 30 years of power sector business experience, Bill has been involved in every major segment of the power market. Through his design and EPC experience, he has worked on project development, and every phase of power asset lifecycle management. Seeing consulting success as requiring more than technical excellence, Bill’s belief in addressing client’s needs through a customized approach has been forged through his experience in working with major industrial clients, IPP’s, and utilities.
