Bill Shelley

Biography

With over 30 years of power sector business experience, Bill has been involved in every major segment of the power market. Through his design and EPC experience, he has worked on project development, and every phase of power asset lifecycle management.  Seeing consulting success as requiring more than technical excellence, Bill’s belief in addressing client’s needs through a customized approach has been forged through his experience in working with major industrial clients, IPP’s, and utilities.  He encourages those he mentors to understand that successful consulting is being able to fuse technical excellence and customized program and project management with best cost options. Bill’s passion for his work extends into Maine’s community, through his support of the University of Maine’s engineering program. An avid outdoorsman and family man, Bill is active with his family in every season, from snowmobiling in the winter, to flying his seaplane to remote areas in the summer.
