Biography
Carl has a degree in civil engineering from the University of Alberta and joined Stantec in 1985. Carl is a noted speaker and author of a number of articles and technical guidelines and has held leadership roles in several professional organizations. Further, Carl is a registered professional engineer in Alberta, Arizona, and Montana, as well as a professional traffic operations engineer.
