Dan Lefaivre

Biography

Dan is Stantec’s executive vice president and chief financial officer. His responsibilities advance Stantec’s commitment to doing what is right. As a member of the executive leadership team, Dan is responsible for the financing of the Company and overall capital structure, financial reporting, and management of corporate assets and risks. He provides leadership to the financial staff, participates in the Company’s strategic development, and engages with Stantec’s investment community. Dan has worked on numerous acquisition/integration activities and the selection and implementation of several enterprise systems, including Oracle, designed to enhance management information and public company disclosures. Dan is a certified management accountant and, in 2011, was conferred the FCMA designation in recognition of his service to the accounting profession and community. He is currently a director of the Financial Executives International’s Edmonton chapter.
