Dean Palumbo

Biography

 Dean is our senior vice president and geographic leader of the US West responsible for our operations across 57 offices in 13 states throughout the Western US, and he also provides strategic direction and leadership on acquisitions, business venture decisions, and strategic projects and pursuits. Before joining Stantec, Dean owned and operated his own civil engineering and land surveying company. For six years he provided consulting services on projects throughout southern California. During that time, he successfully grew the company from two to 20 employees—with $3.0 million in annual revenue. After he sold his company, he became a director at Keith Companies, eventually being promoted to corporate officer, president of energy and industrial services, and regional manager of three divisions.
