Elie is a results-driven professional with 22 years of site, environmental, and infrastructure engineering experience. A few of the projects he has managed or assisted in managing include the Columbus Professional Program Management project ($450 million), the Columbus Professional Construction Management Contract for the Water Supply Group ($544 million), Blueprint Columbus – Clintonville, Blenheim/Glencoe Integrated Solutions, and the Columbus Big Walnut Sanitary Trunk Extension Phase 2 (est. $35 million.)
