Biography
Fermin has led the design and management of more than 100 large-scale projects in the Florida region. With over 35 years in the industry, he has made a special commitment to teach younger engineers the value of the profession and impact on the environment and the general public. A longtime resident of Naples, Fermin is a leader in the community volunteering his time and expertise to a number of charitable associations locally and statewide. It was with great pleasure that he helped to establish scholarship programs for the Florida Engineering Society and Florida Institute of Consulting Engineers as well as co-founded the Engineering Leadership Institute.
