Biography
Marshall serves as a member of the Industry Advisory Council for the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), a post that brings him back to his alma mater. Marshall has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from San Diego State University, and both a master’s and doctorate in civil engineering from UCLA. He also completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School. He is a Registered Civil Engineer.
