Biography
Matt has spent more than 40 years working in the water and wastewater industry, and in that time he dedicated 11 years to the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency. He served as the chief of both the Division of Water Pollution Control and the Division of Construction Grants, as well as the coordinator of the Clean Water Act. As the regional leader for the Midwest region and the lead for the Columbus, Ohio office, Matt provides leadership for complex and high profile projects. With extensive experience as an expert witness, he provides testimony in water/wastewater related cases for PTI's and NPDES permits, and integrated planning including public hearings, Environmental Reviews and Appeals Commission hearings, and court cases.
