Biography

 Combining proven design skills with nearly two decades of field experience, Neal strives to ensure every project is a success from start to finish. Neal uses his background as a consultant and contractor in Canada, Britain, and Australia to provide design and construction expertise for transportation, municipal infrastructure, and land development projects. Through his background in the consulting and construction industries, Neal can provide clients with technical expertise on functional and detailed design, project engineering, project management, budgeting, scheduling, construction administration, and quality assurance/quality control on a wide variety of projects.
