Russ has over 27 years of experience overseeing the organization of multi-discipline teams to effectively provide value-added solutions to our clients. He has an excellent understanding of government and public sector clients, private land development, buildings, and industrial related projects. He recognizes the value of strong client relationships and providing quality service by motivating teams to work collaboratively to deliver efficient and innovative projects.
