Biography
Scott joined Stantec in January of 2008 with the acquisition of Fuller, Mossbarger, Scott and May Engineers (FMSM) bringing with him expertise and leadership in geotechnical engineering, civil engineering, geographic information systems, and a significant presence in the federal market. He served in positions of increasing authority with FMSM, including as owner and vice president. Scott was a member of FMSM’s board of directors (2000) and also provided leadership as the firm’s transportation program manager and Lexington office manager. Scott joined Stantec as regional leader for the US Southeast region (2008), was promoted to US East regional operations unit leader (2010), US regional operations unit leader (2014), and to his current position of chief operating officer (2016).
