Biography
Stu holds a bachelor of civil engineering from Lehigh University and a master of science in civil engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is LEED certified and an Envision Sustainable Professional (ENV SP). Stu has spoken on transportation topics at a number of professional gatherings, written for several industry publications, and has served multiple professional organizations. He is a member of the Structural Engineering Certification Board and the American Council of Engineering Companies (ACEC) New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority committee.
