Biography
Finding the right solution. Cynthia feels it is essential to recognize the client’s priorities and provide them with a favourable cost-effective resolution, be it through litigation, mediation or another alternative process. Cynthia is also an International Skating Union (ISU) accredited figure skating judge and judged at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Representative matters Cynthia's practice is focused on medical malpractice defence, as well as insurance defence, including acting as counsel for the Canadian Medical Protective Association and its members throughout New Brunswick.
