  IMMEDIATE ADVICE. Dan brings a practical approach to resolving his clients’ issues by quickly responding with sage advice – and keeping his eye on the objective of a fair resolution for the client. REPRESENTATIVE MATTERS Dan has represented his health care clients in hundreds of malpractice lawsuits, and advised them on a myriad of other legal issues including privacy, end of life, consent to treatment,  access to information, procurement and employment.  For his insurance clients, Dan attempts to resolve lawsuits as expeditiously as possible, bringing to bear 25 years of practice and extensive trial and ADR experience.
