Nils Ole Krogstad

Biography

Mr. Nils Ole Krogstad served as a Principal of Investinor AS. Mr. Krogstad served as a Partner of INAQ Management. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and a Vice President of Business Development at Zalaris HR Services AS. He served as the Business Development Director of Nordic at Zalaris HR Services AS. His main responsibility was financial deal shaping of all large and complex transactions in the Nordic countries. He has management experience working with outsourcing since 1998. Previously, he was a Manager at Accenture and Andersen Consulting Corporate Transaction Services organization. He also held an executive position as a Business Developer in Accenture. He has also been engaged as a Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member on management-for-hire assignments. Mr. Krogstad has a broad range of experience in strategy, business development, M&A and corporate finance. He has a wide international experience from working several years in Africa, on projects in the Nordic and in Europe, and establishment of businesses in the Nordic, Baltics and India. Mr. Krogstad serves as a Director of Stimline Services Inc. He serves as a Board Member of GasSecure AS. Mr. Krogstad holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger and also has a Master of Management Degree from the Norwegian School of Management.
