Lisa Bechamp

Biography

Lisa is a CPA, CGA with 25 years of broad-based experience. She primarily focuses on the oversight of finance and accounting. For the past 12 years she has supported executive teams in a variety of venture backed technology start-ups, emerging growth companies and established small to medium sized enterprises. Lisa has assisted with several venture capital, private financing and government funding transactions.  Prior to joining Stratford, she founded and was principal in a high-tech finance and accounting firm where she was responsible for the oversight of client finance and accounting operations and facilitated the sale of a number of closely held private companies.  In her Director of Finance role with Stratford Managers, Lisa is focused on providing:  • Financial Planning and Analysis  • Financial and Management Reporting  • Cash Flow Management  • Financial Processes and Controls  • Government Funding and Refundable Tax Credits  • Financial Due Diligence  • External Audit Readiness  • Support and Oversight of Accounting Operations
