Stephen D. Smith

Biography

Mr. Stephen D. Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Strike Group Inc. Mr. Smith serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Strike Energy Services, Inc. In 2004, Mr. Smith co-founded Strike Energy Services Inc. In 2003, he became the President and major equity partner of Flint Eurasia Ltd. He joined Flint Canada Inc. in 1982 and held various positions including Vice President of Finance, Vice President of Operations, Senior Vice President and President of Flint Canada Inc. in 1998. He has held a number of leadership and executive management positions in the Energy and Construction Services Industries. Mr. Smith serves as a Director of Strike Energy Services, Inc. He serves as a Member of Advisory Committee at Congruity Group Inc. He is the Chairman of the Leduc #1 Discovery Centre Advisory Board, Governor of the Calgary Petroleum Club and Governor of the Canadian Oilmen's Executive Association. Mr. Smith served on the Board of Directors of Flint Canada Inc., Flint Eurasia Ltd., Palomino Resources and Strike Group Inc. companies. He has held non-profit and industry board and association appointments. He is a Certified General Accountant. Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Prince Edward Island.
