Glen Greenshields

Biography

Having spent 37 years in the oil and gas industry, Glen brings solid leadership qualities and advanced knowledge in pipeline, facilities, maintenance and electrical / instrumentation to the Strike organization. Glen began his oil and gas journey with Flint Energy Services Corporation in 1978 as a laborer and was promoted in to increasingly senior positions throughout his career. In his most senior role at AECOM (formerly Flint Energy Services), Glen was the Senior Vice President, Production Services and was responsible for overseeing all phases of the production service lines including leading and mentoring three regional vice presidents and their divisions. After taking a yearlong sabbatical in 2015, Glen’s decision to join Strike’s leadership team was due in part to Strike’s reputation as an industry leader, and the company being locally owned and operated. As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Glen will be relying on his strong acquisition background to foster Strike’s strategic growth and manage the day-to-day operations, customer relationships and risk mitigation. Glen has a keen focus on safety performance and will play a fundamental role in working with our Health, Safety and Environment department to achieve safety excellence. Glen joined Strike in July 2016 as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
