Tyler Pawsey

Biography

Tyler’s career in the oil and gas industry began in 1995 when he joined the Superintendent Trainee Program with Flint Energy Services Ltd. in Rainbow Lake, Alberta. During Tyler’s 10 year tenure at Flint, he progressed to General Foreman and Project Superintendent. In November, 2005 Tyler left Flint and joined Strike Group as Project Superintendent. Tyler’s education and years of experience have made him familiar with all aspects of the industry. Tyler is results-driven, and by applying his leadership, construction knowledge and problem solving ability he has created a verifiable track record for the successful completion of major projects. Tyler’s innovate construction approach has allowed him to effectively execute projects in a safe, cost effective, timely, and quality assured manner. In 1996 Tyler enrolled in the Civil Engineering Technology program at Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and in 2014 became a Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute. Tyler has held several positions at Strike Group including Project Superintendent, Project Manager, General Manager and Director.
