Biography
James Mutter is Chief Legal Officer at SunCentral. Mr. Mutter was previously a partner at the large national law firm of Fasken Martineau LLP, where he helped establish one of the largest technology law practices in Vancouver. James Mutter served as former President of the Premier’s Technology Council, advising the Premier on all technology related matters. Mr. Mutter also serves as Principal at Whiteboard Law, based in Vancouver, and is appointed to the Board of Directors of the Pacific Carbon Trust. Mr. Mutter has been recognized in Martindale-Hubbell as a top business lawyer in Canada with a BV Peer Review Rating.
