Biography

 As an Maintainance Manager, he is accountable for the implementation of and compliance to, Suncor’s maintenance business processes and maintenance standards and procedures at Fort Hills. In alignment with Fort Hill's strategic goals, the role is responsible for leading continuous improvement efforts across the Maintenance function in a safe, environmentally and cost effective manner. The role liaises closely with the Operations, Reliability and Maintenance Teams to effectively deliver improvements. support front-line maintenance execution by acting as the key integration focal point with external groups such as Supply Chain, OEMS and Projects. This role will focus on embedding continuous improvement efforts cross functionally particularly in regards to budgeting, cost management and document management. In addition the role provides significant input into the maintenance organization, maintenance strategies and work practices.
