Biography
Dr. Shaheeda Ahmed is an Assistant Professor in Cardiology. She completed two post-graduate fellowships, one in Echocardiography at McGill University and is ASE certified in transthoracic, transesophageal and stress echocardiography and the other in Clinical Trials in Acute Coronary Syndromes with the TIMI Study Group at Harvard University. Her academic focus is education. She is the site Director for the Cardiology Training program at SHSC and is an examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada Cardiology Examination Board. Dr. Shaheeda Ahmed is an Assistant Professor in Cardiology.
