Robert Gregorio

Biography

As Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer Robert Gregorio provides executive leadership for all corporate administrative functions, including Corporate Communications, Human Resources and Information Technology. In addition, the Government Affairs and Corporate Compliance and Ethics divisions report into his office. Mr. Gregorio's leadership in these areas helps drive Sunovion's future growth and high-performance culture. Mr. Gregorio joined our U.S. predecessor, Sepracor, in April 2007 following the merger of Dainippon Sumitomo Pharma America, Inc. (DSPA) into Sepracor, where he was Senior Vice President of Corporate Operations. Previously, Mr. Gregorio was instrumental in planning and implementing strategies to structure the organization—Astellas Pharma U.S.—that resulted from the merger of the Yamanouchi and Fujisawa companies. He began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation, where he managed the company's worldwide employment activities throughout the U.S., Europe and the Far East/Asia.
