Biography
Dr. Bronskill’s research examines frail older adults and how they interact with the health system. She uses population-based, linked health care administrative data to examine structures, processes and outcomes related to quality of care for vulnerable older adults. These findings are used to make systematic comparisons within and across providers, facilities and geographic regions to identify and target areas where gaps in care can be improved. In particular, her research focuses on continuity of care and medication use in the long-term care and home care environments.
