Biography
Janet Hart working as Vice President, Human Resources at Surgical Specialists Corporation 1100 Berkshire Blvd., Suite 308, Wyomissing, PA 19610 Janet Hart, Vice President, Human Resources brings over 25 years of HR Leadership in a variety of industries, with the last 15 in Medical Devices. Prior to joining Surgical Specialties, she was World Wide HR Director for DePuy Synthes (a Johnson and Johnson Medical Device Company)where during her tenure, she led HR for the Spine business, Finance and the Global R&D organizations. In these roles, Janet led significant cultural change, including as a key member of the HR Leadership Team, completing the integration of a major acquisition as well as the integration of multiple R&D organizations into a single organization driving improved productivity, collaboration and innovation. Prior to DePuy Synthes, Janet held a number of leadership positions including VP of HR at Boston Scientific Endosurgery and Aether Systems/Cerulean. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership roles at 3COM, Digital Equipment Corp, and Analog Devices Semiconductor. Janet has a B.S. in Business Management from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
