Biography
Kristy Whetham has more than 10 years of human resources experience. She graduated from university in 2005 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Strategic Human Resources Management and a minor in Psychology. She started her Human Resources career in training and development in Ontario before moving to Calgary and joining Tarpon. She has progressed through various human resources roles since joining Tarpon in 2008 including Onboarding Coordinator, Ability Coordinator and Senior Human Resources Advisor. Kristy is now responsible for leading and developing Tarpon’s Human Resources team and initiatives.
