Ian Andrews

Biography

As TEC’s legal intern, Ian assists Senior Legal Counsel with legal research, file review and regulatory compliance work. He also aids in drafting legal documents and managing the University patent portfolio. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of Lethbridge, and is currently a law student at the University of Alberta. Throughout his undergraduate studies, Ian worked as a research assistant at the Alberta RNA Research and Training Institute (ARRTI), specializing in physical and computational biochemistry. Ian is also an amateur digital artist and 3D animator, and enjoys golfing, mountain biking, and playing board games in his free time.
