Biography
As Vice-President, Networks & Video Services for TELUS, Tim Fell currently leads a team in the technology development and operations of TELUS’ Video, Broadband Networking and Wireless Access Technologies. Tim has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding a variety of technical leadership positions within two different service providers and a start-up. During his career at TELUS he has held various positions within the organization, including management roles within the Architecture Planning, Operations Systems Planning and Tactical Planning departments. Most recently, he has lead the development and introduction of IPTV, VDSL2, and Fibre-To-The-Home technologies. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Electrical) from the University of Saskatchewan and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Alberta.
