Biography
Trevor originally spent two years working for TEC Edmonton between 2007-2009, returned in 2013 and has since been a member of TEC’s Natural Sciences and Engineering team within the Technology Management group. Trevor specializes in intellectual property strategy, assessment and management. He helps researchers and companies with the Alberta Ontario Innovation Program and other research funding opportunities, as well as with technology licensing. Previously, Trevor was a staff scientist at the TELUS World of Science Edmonton. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics (Honours) from the University of Alberta, a Masters of Aerospace Engineering, and a Certificate of Innovation and Entrepreneurship both from the University of Washington. During the summer, when he’s not helping TEC clients with their intellectual property, Trevor can be found outdoors in various parks around Edmonton where he hosts a capture the flag league.
