Biography
A Senior Human Resource Professional with a broad background in human resource and business management. With over 20 years’ experience ranging from start-ups; seasoned private business; municipalities; hospital and university environments, she has extensive experience with both the public and private sector. Recent engagements include pay equity; compensation, job evaluation, employment policy & procedure development, employee engagement, organizational re-design and change management. As a Certified Human Resource Leader (CHRL) for over 15 years, Janet is a member of the Human Resource Professional Association and a graduate of the Rotman School’s Advanced Program in Human Resource Management.
