Biography
Timothy R. Snider was elected to the Board in 2015. He is a graduate of Northern Arizona University (B.Sc). Mr. Snider is currently Chairman of Cupric Canyon Capital, LLC. Prior to this role, he had a 38 year career with Phelps Dodge Corporation and its successor Freeport-McMoRan Copper and Gold, Inc. during which he held numerous technical, operating and executive positions including President and Chief Operating Officer.
