Biography
Tracey L. McVicar was appointed to the Board of Teck in November 2014. She is a graduate of University of British Columbia (B.Comm, Finance), CFA Institute (Chartered Financial Analyst), and Institute of Corporate Directors (Institute Certified Director). Ms. McVicar is a Managing Partner at CAI, a private equity firm she joined in 2003. Prior to this role, she held a number of senior positions in investment banking, including Senior Vice President at Raymond James Ltd. and Vice President at RBC Capital Markets. She is a past director of BC Hydro Corporation where she chaired the Audit and Finance Committee.
