Biography
Alexander Stickel B.Sc. P.Eng. graduated from the University of Alberta in 2004 with a B.Sc. in electrical engineering with a specialization in biomedical engineering. Prior to this, Alexander graduated in 2000 with a B.Sc. in Chemistry from The Kings University in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Alexander has over a decade of experience translating research equipment into commercial products. The bulk of which was in developing novel point of care medical diagnostic devices. From 2009 to 2011 Alexander participated in the Center for Point-of-Care Diagnostics initiatives sponsored by PATH, the University of Washington and the Bill and Melinda Gates foundation. This effort was to bring low-cost point-of-care medical devices to the global community. As the senior engineer at Tevosol, Alexander now joins immediately from one of the worlds foremost multinational technology developers. Alexander Stickel B.Sc.
